As a Landlord, it is imperative that you choose the right Agent to market and manage your property. Selecting the perfect Tenant is a skill and requires someone who knows what they are doing and cares about your property.

We take pride in the excellent service we provide, whether you are an investment Landlord or letting your home, we value all of our Clients and offer the same first class service to all.
Valuations of your property are free of charge and without obligation.
Types of Service
We offer two services, full management or tenant only find.
Full Management
Fees Charged - 10% plus vat (12%) of monthly rental fee.
Only additional fees would be for legal documents required and any certificates listed below
EPC - Valid within 10 years
Gas Safety Certificate - Valid for 1 year
Electrical Safety Certificate EICR - Valid for 5 years
Inventory - Prices vary on size of the property - we advise you do have an inventory carried out at the start and end of each tenancy.
For this fee Eveleighs will market your property and manage all aspects of the tenant find, letting contract, check in, deposit protection and ongoing management of rent collection and any problems which occur.
Tenant Find Only
Fees Charged - Half (50%) of the 1st month rent plus vat. = 60%
Plus cost of Inventory which varies by size of property.
For this fee Eveleighs will do everything they would do on a full management service but our commitment ends once the tenant has moved in and their deposit has been protected.
